War and Peace The more prominent danger to world harmony during the 20s, 30s, and 40s is a point that could be contended and bantered upon for papers on heaps of articles. The genuine dangers of world harmony were the individuals who were naã ¯ve enough to accept that a people can be completely embarrassed as the Germans were in the Treaty of Versailles following World War I and not be liable to guarantees of recovered wonder.
